David Kahn - Krav Maga Books

David Kahn is the IKMA (Israeli Krav Maga Association) representative for the U.S. He was awarded his black belt and senior instructor certification from Haim Gidon (the highest ranking Krav Maga black belt under Krav Maga founder Imi Lichtenfeld).

Davi Kahn has taught seminars internationally and is recognized as an authority on Israeli Krav Maga. Many people contact him and seek out his opinion regarding the development of Krav Maga and Krav Maga techniques by other organizations based outside of Israel.

He is the author of two best selling books.

Eyal Yanilov - Krav Maga Books

Eyal Yanilov was one of Imi Lichtenfelds senior black belts and is the head of the IKMF (International Krav Maga Federation). He is probably one of the best known Krav Maga exponents outside of Israel travelling extensively to promote Krav Maga and having at one time been involved in collaborative projects with Darren Levine and the KMAA.

Darren Levine - Krav Maga Books

Darren Levine, who originally learnt his Krav Maga in Israel with the IKMA from Imi Lichtenfeld (and some of Imi's senior belts such as Kobi Lichtenstein and Eyal Yanilov) is the head of KMAA (the Krav Maga Association of America) and Krav Maga Worldwide - based in Califoria. He is recognized as an innovator and developer of his associations Krav Maga system and is respected as one of America's great martial arts practicioners.

He has authored/co-authored 3 books on the KMAA Krav Maga system.

Krav Maga DVD's

These DVD's are some of the best produced martial arts/self defense DVD's on the market. The instruction is crisp and clear and they offer an excellent introduction to the Krav Maga system. However It is worth remembering that Krav Maga is an evolving system, which is constantly changing and being updated and so some of the techniques shown may no longer be taught or may have undergone modification. None the less, these DVD's are probably the best introduction there is to the system.
